Sicily

As a neighbouring yacht charter, we have a longstanding relationship with the island of Sicily. This is a destination that delivers a collective canvas of everything the Mediterranean has to offer. From its historical sites to its traditions and diverse terrain, Sicily offers its yacht chartering visitors a slice of all things Mediterranean. With its incredible views and highly sought-after cuisine, Sicily makes for the perfect backdrop to a few days of culture hunting and playtime both on land and water.

Syracuse

The historic city of Siracusa (its proper Italian title) is located on the south east coast of Sicily, guaranteeing architectural highlights and scenic views of its coast. Thanks to its Greek history, you’ll come across an ancient amphitheatre and a number of Baroque theatres that give its streets illustrious character. You must of course pay a visit to the food market of Ortygia, as well as the spectacular Piazza del Duomo. We are also able to organise a guided tour to see the sites on the mainland, such as Latomia del Paradiso and Grotto del Cordari.

Taormina

Taormina lies right by the water’s edge and at the foot of Mount Etna. It’s known for the Teatro Antico di Taormina, which is a breathtaking and still active Greco-Roman theatre with a spectacular natural background. Close to this spot are Taormina’s formidable cliffs which form fascinating coves, sandy beaches and the island nature reserve of Isola Bella. We’ll also be able to organise day trips to Catania’s boutiques, piazzas and street markets.

Stromboli and Panarea

The Aeolian archipelago is a destination for those who want to see nature at her most furious. Stromboli and Panarea are two volcanic islands with one very active volcano, thermal springs, and incredible scuba-diving sites.

Lipari

Lipari is most certainly a yachter’s island, thanks to its fourteen marinas which all offer the perfect viewpoint to observe the theatre of volcanic action. Lipari features some of the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean, including Canneto, Valle Muria and Praia di Vinci, as well as some excellent restaurants offering up delicious Italian meals.

The Amalfi Coast

If you’re in search of glitz and glamour, the Amalfi Coast is the stop for you. Adorned with its famous hillside villas in terracotta and pastel colours, the Amalfi Coast is where you’ll find Italian style and alfresco dining to complement your yachting experience. It’s a hotspot for some of the grandest superyachts in the world, and also features the charming villages of Positano, Ravello, and the famous island of Capri. The Amalfi Coast is perfect to indulge in some scenic walking, and most restaurants come with the most spectacular views from atop the hills. It’s also important to note that Naples is just a stone’s throw away.
